Talentra Institute was created from a simple belief: coaching has the power to transform careers, organizations, and lives when it's grounded in both evidence and real-world experience.

 

After nearly three decades leading organizations and coaching executives, one thing became clear: the ability to help others think differently, grow with confidence, and reach their potential is one of the most valuable skills a professional can possess. Talentra Institute was created to teach that capability.

Danielle Lombard-Sims, PhD, PCC, SPHR

Founder of Talentra Institute and Talentergy, Dr. Danielle Lombard-Sims knows firsthand the transformative power of coaching. Early in her career, working with an executive coach helped Dr. Lombard-Sims develop the confidence, self-awareness, and leadership capabilities that accelerated her path to the C-suite by the age of 35. That experience shaped not only her career, but also her belief that coaching has the power to transform leaders, organizations, and lives.
Today, Dr. Lombard-Sims is an executive coach, leadership strategist, and former C-suite executive with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen leadership capability, and drive meaningful change. Her executive experience spans healthcare, higher education, financial services, manufacturing, energy, and government, including leadership roles with Gartner, UAMS, Humana, and Shell.
Holding a PhD in Global Leadership and Organizational Management, an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, Dr. Lombard-Sims designed Talentra Institute to integrate evidence-based coaching with the realities leaders, coaches, and organizations face every day. Every program reflects the same philosophy that shaped her own career: coaching isn't about having all the answers; it's about helping others discover what's possible.
